Privacy Policy of Cardea

Cardea is owned by Fievus ("we", "our", "us"), based in Japan. This privacy policy will help you understand how we use and protect the data you provide to us when you use the application or the service offered by us ("Cardea", "Cardea Service").

Personal data we collect

When you sign in Cardea with your Microsoft account, Cardea collects your name, email address, and identifier from your Microsoft account. These personal data is used to identify your data and display who uses Cardea.

When you add/modify/delete data on Cardea, Cardea stores them in your local devices. The data is associated with your Microsoft account.

When you purchase Cardea Premium and enable the data synchronization feature, the data is stored on the server where Cardea Service is running. Cardea Service uses the data to provide the data synchronization feature across your devices. Even if you enable the data synchronization feature, Cardea keeps the data in your local device in order to provide quick offline access to the data. The data synchronization is executed at launching/terminating Cardea and executing it manually.

Cardea Service also collects network request data, such as your IP address and the URL. These network request data is used to:

  • diagnose and debug technical errors
  • optimize the service so that it's quick and easy to use

Cardea doesn't share your data with others and doesn't sell information about you to others.

How to access and control your personal data

You can access and control your data using Cardea.

You can't access your data on the server directly.

If you want to delete your data on the server completely, contact us via cardea@fievus.com and let us know which user needs to be deleted.

The data on the server will be deleted if you don't use the data synchronization feature more than a year.
